Two Stage Oil-Free Rotary Screw Compressors
Our team has expanded the range of low-oil rotary screw compressors with the introduction of the D37-D75 (RS) series.
The new model comes with:
* Zero-stage Rotary screw compressors that are oil-free.
* Power range nominal of 37-75 kW
* Capacity of up to 12.7 M3/min
* Complements established 75 to 315 kW model range
• Variable-speed models as well as models with fixed speeds (RS) models
* Air and water cooling
* A variety of other options
The model’s range includes air-cooled models as well as water-cooled models that range from 75 kW. which come with variable speed (RS) or fixed speed (RS) that meet the ISO 8573-1 standards for Class 0 certified free of oil for most vital applications, such as food and beverages and textile, pharmaceutical as well as electronic industry. Oil is not used in compression components for sealing or to lubricate the rotors, nor to cool the compression process which can reduce the time spent on downtime as well as the possibility of contamination.
